  At First Pres, you truly are treated as an equal. We all have our own flaws. And they are all welcomed. They respect you even if your beliefs slightly vary or if you've been in trouble before. They don't put you down they hold you up.
  
  This place is filled with the Holy Spirit and a great bunch of kind people.

  When I first moved to Lansing I started going to First Pres. I later tried some other churches. After I had my son I came back and was amazed to have everyone remember my name. This is a very caring, integrated church. And my son loves it there.
