  Very poor handling of my brothers account. No attention to detail, lack of competent employees with knowledge of needed paper work. Made mistake after mistake with dates and vital information on obit and death announcement forms. Did not place obit in paper, so we had to call to get it placed. Had to fire first account representative, because she couldn't get the forms corrected in a timely manner and next person was no better. Told us wrong information about how and where to get his military discharge papers. Embarrassed family and friends when we distributed information about obit and memorial services, when they had dates and time wrong. I wouldn't even recommend this funeral home to my friends pet gold fish, because they would screw it up. It's apparent they are more focused on money, than getting the processs correct!! Bad experience.... don't use them!!

  Ken Canady was great with our family. We had a unique situation with my father's funeral service being held in another state and his interment here in Lansing. Ken made sure that everything was taken care of for us when we returned the night before our dad's interment. I was very pleased with Ken, his compassion and excellent service to our family.
