  This is the worst funeral home ever. DO NOT GO HERE!! All we wanted was a direct cremation for a friend. It took them 9 days to get the body cremated. That is sick, it does not take that long. I have cremated my mother, father and sister and it was done right away. They never return any phone calls if you have any questions and very rude when you finally call and get them on the phone.

  the people that work there are amazing Mr.Buttler hes wonderful i had no money and my dad passing droped in my lap they took care of us meaning my uncle and me as far as arrangements and times dates and support omg the support from these people was remarkable thank you all so much for everything you guys have helped us through. you all were definitely very supportive thank you so much again you have my business always

  My dad just passed away on the 10th of December. I've never had to deal with any loss like this. They were extremely helpful. He just wanted to be cremated. We are still waiting for the call for when they start the process. They are still waiting on the death certificate. They've been absolutely friendly and helpful to me in this difficult time and I appreciate that so much. They even let me see my dad one last time. They set him up in one of the rooms after hours just so I could see him one last time. That meant the world to me. Thank you Riley Funeral Home.

  We had Riley Funeral Home perform a direct cremation for my mother-in-law. We found them to be kind, warm, efficient, and they went out of their way to get us the death certificates fast when we needed them in a hurry. And they were much less expensive than some of the others we contacted, for exactly the same services. I liked that they are a family that's been in business in Lansing for a long time. No complaints here.
